Class 4's First Fabulous Week Back! 

First of all, welcome back Class 4! It has been a pleasure to welcome you back this week. Year 5's you all have come in with a positive attitude and showing perseverance to their new year 5 learning. Year 6's you have come back brilliantly, they have been great role models for the others in and out of class. 

Maths

This week in Maths we have been learning about Romans Numerals. The best part was going into the hall and working in groups with our bodies to make the roman numeral letters and numbers. The children enjoyed it and it helped the to remember the different roman numerals and what numbers they represented. 

PE

During PE this week the learners have learnt about how to perform different shapes including, straddle, star and pike. In pairs they created new shapes using the ones they had learnt with their partner. Some performed them to the rest of the class. It was a great lesson to start indoor PE. 

House Captains

Well done to all of Year 6 who showed courage and bravery to stand in front of Class 4 and perform their house captains speech. They all did brilliantly and it was a close vote! Here are our new House and Vice Captains!
