Class 2's amazing week

We have had another busy week in class 2!

English

We have chosen our characters, voyages and adventures for our voyage and return stories. We have also learned how to write different sentences - statements, questions and exclamations. This will help with the children next week when they bring this all together and write their own stories. 

Maths

We have been comparing objects and numbers to 100 and using the greater than, less than and equal to symbols. 

Christmas!

The children have started their Christmas prep early by designing their own cards. They have all brought them home to show you. 

Music

The children showed their wonderful singing voices this week in both Music and the Harvest festival! All the children wrote about Harvest using similes to describe what Harvest is like. Some children read out their poems in the festival, which was wonderful.
