Anti-bullying week in Class 2

We have spent time talking about Anti-Bullying week and this year's theme of 'Choose Respect'. We have spoken about ways we can be respectful in the classroom. on the playground and in life outside school. 

We spoke about how respect is thinking of another person's feelings and that a choice is something that you decide to do. We spoke about situations where we can decide to be respectful, such a lining up, playing sports and playing together outside. 

We also spoke about how sometimes we need to 'agree to disagree', when we have different opinions to others. 

The children discussed and sorted some scenario cards into respectful and not showing respect which prompted lots of discussion around the room about being respectful during games and sports.
