Class 3 Lighting Up!

 

Class 3 had an ‘electrifying’ afternoon enjoying learning about simple circuits and how electricity can make different everyday appliances work. 

They thought about electricity sources, such as mains electricity, for example from a plug socket and electricity made from batteries. 

They learnt about different components that are used in circuits and how to connect the circuits together to make a buzzer, motor or a light work.

The children made their own simple circuits experimenting with adding different components to them.
