The pollination process in plants.
To conclude our Science unit on plants Class 3 have been busy learning all about how insects support plants during the pollination process. We acted out being bumble bees to help us remember how pollen is transmitted from the male parts of one plant across to the female parts of another. We also drew and annotated scientific diagrams to show what the different parts of the plant did.
