Class 4 learning

As well as our wonderful artwork and poetic contributions to the school Harvest Festival, we have had another busy week in Class 4.

In English, we have been writing persuasive speeches on a range of thought-provoking topics such as whether animals should be kept in zoos, if homework is really necessary, the importance of recycling, and whether wearing school uniform is a good idea. The children have produced imaginative, well-structured and very persuasive speeches, which we are sure they will love to share with you.

In Maths, we have continued to delve into place value, exploring different ways we can partition and round larger numbers. The children love to show off their maths skills and have been working incredibly hard.

In Science, we have continued to investigate animals and their habitats using classification keys. This has got us all thinking carefully about the kinds of questions that can help us to identify and categorise different animals.

It has been another fantastic week of learning and creativity in Class 4. Enjoy the weekend!
