Forest school fun

What a wonderful forest school session we had this week! The sun was shining for us, and the leaves were covered in a beautiful silvery frost. We enjoyed crafts under the shelter, explored the paths around our forest school area, and even had fun on the rope swings!

The children had a fabulous time pushing each other and working together to enjoy the challenge and excitement of the swings.

We also had a fire this week, and several children volunteered to help keep it going by providing plenty of air and carefully fanning our lovely flames. They absolutely loved this, and we all engaged in conversations about fire making and safety.

I am sure they will be asking for us to light the fire again soon!
