Easter wishes from Class 4
This week we have been busy wrapping up our learning across all subjects.
In English, we have focused on learning the features of Haikus and writing our own. The children did a fantastic job, carefully choosing nouns, verbs, and adjectives for each of the seasons, and creating beautiful poems using the skills they have developed.
In Geography, we have brought together our learning on rainforests to produce detailed fact files, showcasing all the knowledge we have gained.
In Maths, we have spent time securing our understanding of comparing and ordering fractions. The children have worked very hard and shown great progress in this area of their learning.
We also completed our RE learning, where we explored why Christians call the day Jesus died Good Friday. We have learned about the events leading up to Jesus’ death and reflected thoughtfully on their meaning.
We hope you all have a lovely break, and hopefully enjoy some Easter sunshine!
