Class 4's learning

This week, Class 4 have been publishing their non-chronological reports about play. The children have worked incredibly hard and have taken great pride in presenting their work beautifully.

We have also been reading and discussing If by Rudyard Kipling. The children have engaged thoughtfully with the poem and have offered insightful comments about its meanings and themes. It has been wonderful to hear their ideas and interpretations.

In Geography, we learned about food miles and how food products are transported around the world. We discussed the environmental impact of food production and considered ways we can make more sustainable choices.

In Science, we have begun our new topic on sound. We have made a fantastic start by learning how sound is heard and exploring the different parts of the ear.

We are also continuing to work hard on our lines for the KS2 production. Please keep encouraging your child to practise at home. Thank you for your continued support.
