Welcome back Class 4

It has been wonderful to welcome the children back this week as we settle back into our routines and get ready for an exciting half term ahead.

We have already begun several new units of learning, including decimals in Maths, Celebrating Life Events in RE, and Architecture in DT. Next week, we will introduce the rest of our new topics and begin exploring them in more detail.

In English, the children are currently drafting their non-chronological reports about Playtime at D'Arcy. The work produced so far has been detailed, ambitious, and a pleasure to read. We are looking forward to seeing the finished reports.

We are also working hard to prepare for our KS2 production of Mary Poppins. The children have been showing great enthusiasm during rehearsals, and we are excited to see the performance come together. Please continue to support your child by encouraging them to practise their lines at home. Thank you for your ongoing support—we cannot wait to share all of the children's hard work with you.
