Class 4's busy wee
This week has certainly been a busy one! We have enjoyed our Twilight Evening, Sports Day and lots of production rehearsals, culminating in a fantastic performance this morning.
The children have managed all of these exciting events incredibly well. With so much happening, we have been making a conscious effort to keep a calm and positive atmosphere in the classroom.
We were so impressed with everyone's enthusiasm and behaviour during both the Twilight Evening and Sports Day. It was wonderful to see the children joining in with such confidence, encouraging one another and having fun. We are also incredibly proud of everyone who is taking part in the production. Their singing, acting and enthusiasm are fantastic. Well done to everyone involved!
This afternoon, we have been learning about locally and UK-grown foods, as well as the benefits of eating seasonally and buying local produce. The children researched different foods that are grown in the UK throughout the year and explored some delicious seasonal recipes. They then created informative and colourful posters to share what they had discovered.
We hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and we look forward to another exciting week of learning together.
